1. To access your Sodexo account choose one of the links below :

Enter your login and password respecting upper and lower case characters.


2. Homepage helps you to visualize :


  • Details of your last order
  • Total amount spent on service vouchers during the year
  • Quantity of purchased service vouchers during the year

3. Contact information


This tab contains your personal details.

  • Your personal data and the type of service vouchers (paper or electronic) can be easily modified through the bar at the bottom of this page (MODIFIER LES DONNEES)
  • If you wish to change the type of service vouchers (paper or electronic) be aware that this modification will come into force within 48 hours.
  • If you use electronic service vouchers add the phone number from which you housekeeper will call Sodexo to record the service. Preferably your land line number.

4. My e-wallet


Through this tab you are able to check the history of your orders as well as the quantity of service vouchers still available in your Sodexo account.


5. Calculation and other order related-information


Sodexo provide you all necessary information to place an immediate order.


6. Order follow-up


This tab allows you to :

  • Check your orders history during last 1,2,3,6,12,18 or 24 months (select the period from the drown-up menu)
  • Check how many vouchers left and can be purchased during the year

7. Services follow-up - Confirm/Contest


In this tab all services recorded by your housekeeper can be easily found. If you agree with the record done by your housekeeper click on CONFIRM button, on the contrary click on CONTEST button.

Services follow-up – Confirmed services


Tabs CONFIRMED SERVICES and CONTESTED SERVICES allow you to follow-up all confirmed and contested services during last 1,2,3,6,12, 18 or 24 months and you keep up-to-date with the payments.
