To order your service vouchers, you must possess a user number provided to you by the company issuing Sodexo vouchers.

At no dust, there are no case file charges. Contact us - our management assistants will take note of your request and proceed with your registration for free. Sodexo will then notify you within 48 hours, by letter or e-mail, the confirmation of your registration as well as your user number. Then, all you have to do is make your deposit to the account number provided.

There are two types of service vouchers.
These are mailed to you within 10 days of receiving your order.
On completion of service, you hand over to your cleaning lady a dated and signed voucher for each hour of service provided.
A virtual services portfolio is made available to you on the Sodexo website.
This services portfolio is credited with electronic service vouchers within 3 days of receiving your request.
On completion of service, using your fixed telephone line or GSM, the housekeeper will dial the toll-free number for the Sodexo vocal server and enter the data for her services.
You then confirm the services rendered through your portfolio, and the electronic service vouchers are deducted.
Warning: your service vouchers are valid for a period of one year.
